In addition to this, there is lack of soft infrastructure through which the two ends of the health care sector are not able to meet. That is the provider of health services (hospitals, practitioners) and the consumer of health services (patients). This creates a huge gap with which is further widened by other factors including income disparity etc.

Madadd provides you with easy access to the appointment of doctors from well-known organizations that are otherwise difficult to get. This service is exclusively for old-age who might find it difficult to take appointments due to any reason.
Going to hospital or to consult a doctor can be stressful for patients specially those who are of old age or disabled, Madadd Healthcare Services is coming up with the Unique role of “Madadd Dost”, who will be responsible to provide a complete transportation solution with an ease of special patient care attention and safe companionship throughout the service to and from home, hospitals, doctor’s clinic, labs etc.
Madadd dost is the core Madadd staff that deals with the patients directly. Madadd dost is hired for a shorter time span and is available to provide guidance to the patients throughout the entire Madadd process, on ground.
Patient care attendants can be differentiated by in certain types by their working environments that includes hospitals, medical centers, old-aged or disabled community centers, nursing care facilities or home healthcare services etc. Madadd is representing their patient care attendants as “Madaddgaar” for its patients. Madaddgaar will be responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care or outreach services in a clinic, hospital or home sitting under nursing or medical supervision. This includes duties such as assistance and care in daily living activities of patients, record observations and activities of patients etc.
One of the major concerns that the patients have after booking of an appointment is the conveyance issue. Many patients do not have access to the conveyance issue to be able to move from house to the clinic.
Hence, Madadd aims to provide a solution to this problem by providing transport services either in the form of Hi-roof (ambulance) or private car.
The facility of Lab test can either be availed at our partnered lab centers or at homes of the patients, whichever is feasible. Madadd aims to provide a proper lab test service that is free of any biases along with valid and reliable lab test centers.
This service will include provision of medicines recommended by the doctor at the doorstep of the client. It will be an outsourced service that will help to enhance the value of service provided to the client. This service can be either availed by the Madadd’s client who is taking the entire service (A) or can avail this services separately of the whole process.
This is an exclusive service to be offered to remote areas in Pakistan, for the patients who are hospitalized and cannot be moved to another medical facility or taken back to their home by ground ambulance. It shall be added to the portfolio of services offered by Madadd at a later stage, probably when the management will be focusing on the expansion of the brand name and services outside Karachi to entire Pakistan.
While old age home is a concept that already exists in Pakistan traditionally, the patient management centre will be somewhat similar. Through this centre, Madadd aims to provide a recreational form of platform that will allow the old age to spent their time in the evening with other similar age group people along with activities such as games, discussion rooms etc.
