Technical Healthcare Manager is available to all Madadd patients at hospital without charges. Your dost will provide you the immediate medical aid that you need and will stay by your side for the entire duration of your medical consultation and discuss with the doctor regarding your health and briefing the doctor regarding your health needs in order to save time of both the patient and the doctor.
Healthcare Executive
Non-technical Healthcare Manager will be available on fixed charges. He will help the patient into Madadd Cab from home to the doctor and take all relevant information about the patients’ medical need during the journey from home to the hospital. He will work as a contact person for future follow-up services & physical support to help with movement and guide you to your appointed doctor in the selected hospital
Duties Of Technical Healthcare Manager
Free of Cost
Technical Healthcare Manager is available to all Madadd Patient at hospital without any charges.
Patient Pre-Registration
Discussion with the doctor regarding the patient's health and briefing the doctor regarding the patient's health needs in order to save time of both the patient and doctor.
Guide as a healthcare manager
Guiding the patient straight to the doctor's room within the hospital or inform patients about any wait time or delay if occurs.
Coordinate entire visit
Getting the medicines for the patient for the immediate dose from the nearby pharmacy and communicating the details of the patient's medicine to the Madadd control room for further communications to Madadd rider.
Duties Of Non-Technical Healthcare Manager
On Patient demand
On Patient demand Non-technical Healthcare Manager will be available on fixed charges.
Getting All medical history
Taking all relevant information about the patient's medical need during the journey from home to the hospital i.e address and contact.
Physical support
Provide physical support to help with movement and guide you to your appointed doctor in the selected hospital.
Special Medication Attention
Work as contact person for follow up service and ensure that you take your medications on time.
Coordinate entire visit
Briefing the patient about how and when are the medicines need to be taken during the journey from hospital to home.
Act as a attendent
Helping the patient into Madadd Cab from home to the doctor and dropping home back safely.
